1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid Fugte.com plans, add-ons, and related hosted widget services sold by Made4Uo LLC.

2. Free Plan

If you are using a free plan or free trial, you can stop using the service at any time. No refund is needed for unpaid access.

3. Subscription Refunds

If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review the request and may issue a refund when the charge was accidental, duplicative, or caused by a billing error.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Custom work, setup help, one-time services, completed consultations, and usage-based fees are generally non-refundable unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewal charges. Canceling does not automatically refund past charges, but you can contact us if something looks wrong.

6. Platform Changes

Third-party platforms such as Canva, Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Notion, and other embed destinations may change their policies or technical behavior. Those changes do not automatically qualify for a refund, but we will try to help you find a workable path when possible.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@fugte.com with the account email, charge date, amount, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional details to verify the charge.

8. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
